- The BEST renting experience I've ever had! The building I lived in was well taken care of, the staff response was always unbelievably fast and all matters were handled in a professional and thorough manner. I was sad to move, but would rent from them again in a heartbeat!

- BC Rent has very nice, updated properties. Management has always responded very quickly to any questions I've had. Very easy to deal with in terms of payment and website access. My apartment is also pet friendly which is a huge bonus.
